I’m so glad you’re here. My journey into motherhood was anything but smooth. I faced a traumatic birth and became a parent in the middle of a global pandemic, which amplified the overwhelming emotions and challenges that followed.

Shortly after giving birth, I was hit with postpartum depression (PPD) and postpartum anxiety (PPA). The isolation of the pandemic made it even harder to ask for help, and I felt like I was drowning in the pressure to do it all while struggling to recognize the person I had become.

It took me years—years of trial and error, tears and breakthroughs, to finally feel like a version of myself that I could love and recognize again. And that’s why I started The Balanced Mom. I want to be the support that I so desperately needed during that time, so other moms don’t have to navigate this journey alone or wait years to feel whole again.

I’m here to help you rediscover yourself, to remind you that you matter too. Through curated self-care resources, I aim to make self-care practical and accessible for busy moms. I believe that by making yourself a priority, you can find balance—both in motherhood and in life.
